Air Fryer Ribeye Steak and Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

Steak: 

  • 10 to 12-ounce ribeye steak, 3/4-inch thick 
  • 2 teaspoons steak seasoning 

 

Potatoes: 

  • 2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, diced into 1/2-inch pieces 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary  
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper 

Directions

For Steak: 

  1. Sprinkle both sides of steak with steak seasoning. Set aside at room temperature while preparing potatoes. 

For Potatoes: 

  1. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil. In a small bowl, combine rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle over potatoes and toss to coat.  
  2. Place potatoes in air fryer basket in a single layer. 
  3. Set air fryer temperature on 400°F. Stirring halfway through, cook 15 minutes. Open air fryer, stir potatoes, and push them aside enough to make room for steak. Add steak. Continue cooking for 12 minutes for medium rare, 14 minutes for medium, 16 minutes for well-done. 
  4. Remove steak and potatoes from air fryer. Let steak rest for about 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with potatoes. 

Serves: 2

Test Kitchen Tip: 

  • You can substitute your favorite root vegetables for potatoes. The total amount of vegetables is about 2 1/2 cups.
