Tater Tot Brunch Waffles recipe

Ingredients

  • 32 oz bag frozen tater tots, thawed 
  • 2 cups shredded cheese, divided  
  • 16 slices cooked bacon 
  • 8 large fried eggs 
  • 4 tablespoons thinly sliced chives, divided 
  • Coarse ground black pepper, to taste 

Directions

  1. Preheat Petite Waffle Maker. Preheat oven to 200°F. 
  2. Tightly arrange tater tots in a single layer on Petite Waffle Maker.  Close lid and press down lightly to flatten tater tots. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, or until crispy on both sides. 
  3. Place waffle on a cookie sheet and keep warm in oven. Repeat with remaining tater tots.  
  4. Serve topped with 1/4 cup cheese, two slices bacon, crumbled, a fried egg, 1/2 tablespoon chives, and black pepper.  

Makes: 8 tater tot waffles
